About the Fund

Honoring a legacy of discipline, service, and mentorship

Our Mission

The Donzil Hall Scholarship Endowment Fund exists to honor Donzil Hall — teacher, coach, veteran, mentor — and the legacy he continues to build, by providing financial support to Graham student-athletes pursuing secondary (college or trade) education. Through this fund, we carry forward Hall's ethos of discipline, community, service, and opportunity.

Legacy & Impact

In their words

Coach Hall was a disciplined coach but was fair to his players. He stressed that the big part of having success starts with doing the little things. Coach Hall was my mentor not just on the baseball field but in my life. I am proud to call Donzil a great friend!
Tim West1973 state team member
I first met Coach Hall in the fall of 1969, and was a player on his 1973 State Championship team. I could speak endlessly about his character, his leadership qualities, etc., but I'll be brief — simply put, Coach Hall is the finest man I have ever known.
